Love my purchase(s) - First State Auctions are a great way of buying jewellery. I like the fact that it is not live and you don't need to sit through all the items to get to the item you are interested in. Nothing is too much trouble, i have spoken with Louise often and asked measurements or a photo of a ring on a finger. They are happy to show you an item pre auction.

I was purchasing my first watch from FSA, and needed some assistance with understanding how it worked. I contacted the support live chat, and got in touch with the lovely Raffy. Raffy was very helpful and really went out of their way to ensure I understood what I was doing. After the chat, I won the auction, and purchased my product. Raffy followed up with a lovely email congratulating me and helped facilitate the product getting delivered to me, which was really nice. You never see outstanding customer service like this nowadays. Really made it special!
